Conditioning

OTM for as long as possible @ 60% of BB Complex:
3 Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Jerks

If you are a novice (<3 months CF experience) and/or are unable to maintain this tempo for more than a few minutes, just consider it a 10 minute AMRAP of the complex.
