Whether you’ve been missin’ your favorite coach or are completely new to CrossFit, now is the perfect time to jump-start your training with Cypher Health & Fitness. To get things rolling and simplify joining our program towards the end of this month, we are having completely FREE Group Classes at Cypher Health & Fitness this coming Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6AM and 7PM as well as Saturday at 9AM. That’s right, you may just show up and get your CrossFit on in our spanking new gym (directions to gym) at any of these times, this week only!
We will only require that all attendees fill out a waiver and short questionnaire before participating in our classes. If you’d like to streamline the process you may print and fill it out in advance (recommended). If you are new to Cypher Health & Fitness and would prefer a free 1-on-1 consultation prior to jumping in our Group Classes, please reply or call back and I would be happy to schedule it with you.
Starting January 30th (the following Monday), we will start accepting new members on a standard monthly payment system, but for a short time you may bypass the normal 2-week introductory On-Ramp class. This means that, again, you may just come and workout at normal class times after selecting from one of our Monthly Membership options. We are doing this for a few reasons: 1) To give everyone a chance to try out CrossFit at our new location 2) to minimize barriers to entry while the classes are still relatively lean, and 3) all of our classes will be geared towards beginners in the the same spirit of the On-Ramp while we establish a base of membership familiar with our practices. Rest assured (no rest!) that everyone’s needs will be met.
