CrossFit

Our classes combine cardio with strength training in a variety of ways. No matter how frequently you attend, you won’t feel like you’re doing the same exercises again and again. These high-intensity classes are an hour long.

Masters

Our Masters classes are geared for those 60 years and older. These small group sessions focus on building strength, maintaining mobility, and improving stamina.

Flow

This yoga class is designed to complement your gym training by enhancing mobility, flexibility, and recovery. This one-hour session blends strengthening and stretching to support your performance in and out of the gym. All levels welcome! Cypher Flow is offered twice per month.
